Our Return Policy
Due to the nature of our product, and federal health regulations, all of our hair extensions are final sale. We do not offer refunds on any hair extension purchases.
The only way we may be able to refund for a product is if by our mistake you were sent the incorrect product. We will cover the shipping costs for product to be returned.
All Empress Xtensions extensions come sealed with a company label. Once opened, the hair cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason. This is according to Regulated Hygiene Laws, hair extension exchanges must have the seal intact and not broken, no exceptions can be made. Our packaging is clear and you can see without needing to open it.
Additional products offered by Empress Xtensions follow the same strict no refund policy. As stated before we comply with the Regulated Hygiene Laws. Any product returned must be unopened, and unused within 14 days after receiving. We will offer store credit for products such as eye lashes, bonnets, eye lash glue, etc. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
As for our hair products offered PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTIONS CAREFULLY where the ingredients are listed. If you have an allergy to any ingredient listed in the description, we do not advise you to use the product!
